I focus my guiding on Sqaum Lake. This body of water has fantastic fishing, wildlife and a rich history. Sqaum is where the mountains meet the clear lake waters.

The guiding season starts May 10th. Early spring condition / pre-spawn prevail. Typically these conditions run May 10 – May 15. Mother Nature is still the boss on this.

Catch and release season is May 15 – June 15. This is also known as prime time Top water season!
Explosive surface strikes from Smallies will excite anyone! These dates always book early.

The remainder of June into mid-July will still have early morning top water action.

July – Mid September challenges most anglers. Higher water temperatures and vacation season boat traffic being the two biggest challenges. Regardless, we will still find fish that will be caught.
Rain got your vacation plans all wet? Well, the fish don’t care. They are already wet. Rainy days can be best days for fishing.
